飞行因素对人体血浆甘丙素的影响及其意义

摘要 目的:观察飞行因素对人体血浆甘丙素(galanin,GAL)的影响及其与内皮素(endothelin,ET)和血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)的关系.方法;对16名飞行员进行研究,观察特技飞行前后血浆GAL、ET和VIP的变化.结果:(1)飞行后20min,血浆GAL较飞行前明显升高(P<0.01),至飞行后6h仍未恢复至飞行前水平(P<0.05).(2)飞行后20min,血浆ET和VIP也明显升高(P<0.01),但至飞行后6h均已恢复至飞行前水平(P>0.05).(3)对照组3个对应时间点的GAL、ET和VIP含量无明显变化,和飞行员飞行前的血浆浓度近似(P>0.05).(4)特技飞行后20min,血浆GAL、ET及VIP含量均明显升高,经直线相关分析发现,血浆GAL升高与ET呈明显正相关(r=0.7753,P<0.001),而与VIP无明显相关(P>0.05).结论:(1)特技飞行可引起血浆GAL、ET、VIP含量明显升高,至飞行后6h,血浆GAL仍不能恢复至正常水平.(2)特技飞行后,GAL的升高与ET升高呈明显正相关,提示ET对GAL的升高有一定的影响. Objective: To investigate the effect of flynig factors on plasma Galanin(GAL) on aerobatics and its relations to Endothelin(ET) and Vasoactive intestinal peptide(VTP) in pilots. Methods; When max +Gz was 6. 0-6. 5Gz and its cumulative time was 25 seconds, plasma levels of GAL, ET and VIP in pilots were measured with redioimmunoassay in contrast with 16 ground personnel of the same ages for three times (before, 20 min. after and 6 hours after aerobatics). Results: The results showed that ① GAL contents increased significantly 20 min. after aerobatics compared with that of before (P<0. 01). 6 hours after aerobatics, GAL was still higher than before aerobatics (P<0. 05). ②Plasma ET and VIP increased significantly 20 min. after aerobatics compared with that of before (P<0. 01). 6 hours after aerobatics, both contents of ET and VIP in pilogts lowered to the condition before areobatics (F>0. 05). ③ The contents of plasma GAL, ET and VIP in the 16 ground personnel remained unchanged during the times of aerobatics of the pilots (P>0. 05). ④The contents of plasma GAL, ET and VIP increased significantly 20 min. after aerobatics. The contents of GAL and ET showed obvious positive correlation (r=0. 7753,p<0. 001) while there was no obvious positive correlation between GAL and VIP (p>0. 05). Conclusions; The results suggests that ①When max+Gz was 6. 0-6. 5 Gz and its cumulative time was 25 seconds, the contents of plasma GAL, ET and VIP increased significantly. 6 hours after aerobatics, the contents of plasma GAL were still higher than initial value. ②After aerobatics, both GAL and ET contents increased significantly. They showed obvious positive correlation, which indicates that the increase of GAL can be effected by change of ET.
