SDS-LDH和1631-MMT对P(BA-VAc)非离子型乳液共聚反应及共聚胶膜性能影响的对比分析

摘要 采用原位聚合反应制备了P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT和P(BA-VAc)/SDS-LDH两种非离子型复合乳液,分析了1631-MMT和SDS-LDH对非离子乳液以及胶膜性能的影响。结果显示,1631-MMT和SDS-LDH用量小于1.0%(质量分数)时,共聚乳液的化学稳定性能以及机械稳定性能良好。原位共聚过程中引入1631-MMT或SDS-LDH后,P(BA-VAc)分子量减小,其中1631-MMT对分子量影响程度较大。力学性能和微观结构测试结果显示,P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT复合膜的拉伸强度随1631-MMT引入量的增大,呈先增大后减小趋势;而P(BA-VAc)/SDS-LDH随SDS-LDH引入量的增大一直增大;1631-MMT和SDS-LDH与P(BA-VAc)界面相容性均较好。两种改性无机粒子对P(BA-VAc)性能的影响与改性无机粒子的结构有密切关系。 Two types of non-ionic emulsion, P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT and P(BA-VAc)/SDS-LDH, were synthesized via in-situ polymerization. The effects of 1631-MMT and SDS-LDH on properties of emulsion and co-polymer films were studied. Results of emulsion properties testing show that the emulsion owns good chemical and mechanical stability with 1631-MMT or SDS-LDH lower than 1.0% (mass fraction). While, the molecular weight of P(BA- VAc) decreases with the loading of 1631-MMT or SDS-LDH, and 1631-MMT demonstrates much more influence. The tensile strength of P(BA-VAc)/1631-MMT is increasing up to an maximum value and then decreases with further increasing of 1631-MMT amount. While this property of P(BA-VAc)/SDS-LDH is just increasing with the loa-ding of SDS-LDH. The morphology analysis demonstrates a good compatibility of 1631-MMT and SDS-LDH in polymer matrix. The different effects of 1631-MMT and SDS-LDH on properties of emulsion and P(BA-VAc) may be induced by their difference in structures.
