摘要
合成了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙,采用元素分析、红外光谱和液质联用等对其结构进行了表征。运用自组装技术在钢片表面形成了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜,采用金相显微镜观察了自组装膜的表面形貌,并采用静态失重试验和电化学分析手段研究了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜在1mol/L HCl中对45#钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,随着自组装溶液浓度的增加和自组装时间的延长,2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜的缓蚀效率逐渐增大。当自组装溶液浓度为0.1mol/L、时间为18h时,缓蚀效果达到最佳。
2-benzothiazolyl-4-methoxy phenyl-hydrazone was synthesized and confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and LC-MS. Self-assembled film of 2-benzothiazolyl-4-methoxy phenyl-hydrazone was formed on 45 # steel surface using self-assembly technique. Its morphology was observed with an metallographic microscope, and the corrosion inhibition performance of self-assembled film was investigated using weighvloss measurement under static condition and electrochemical testing technology in 1mol/L HCl. The results show that the inhibition ability of the film become stronger with increasing self-assembly solution concentration and immersion time, and when the concentration reaches to 0. lmol/L and the time is 18 h, the corrosion inhibition is the best.
