摘要
系统以TI公司的超低功耗MCUMPS430单片机为核心,利用光电编码器将旋转的角度转换为数字量,采用模糊PID控制策略使单片机产生PWM脉冲来控制直流电机的电压,以达到控制电机转速,改变风扇风力的效果,应用此控制策略后,系统稳定运行,控制精度高,达到了较好的控制效果。
Bsed on the TI company' s ultra-low power MCUMPS430 as the core, the system can convert the rotate angle to a digital quantity by photoelectric cncoder, use the fuzzy PID control to make the MPS430 generate PWM pulses to control the voltage of a DC motor, in order to control the speed of the motor, change fan wind effect. After the application of this control strategy, the system operates stably. The control precision is high, and the control effect is better.
