摘要
文中采用了虚拟仪器技术,构建了一个以软件为核心、通用硬件为架构的车用开关耐久性测试系统。根据实际需求,采用了可重新配置的控制和采集系统NI CompactRIO,并选配必要的I/O板卡、信号调理电路和机械驱动等硬件组成了分布式实时嵌入式车用开关耐久性测试系统。通过对采集到的实验温度、档位回路电压和电流的处理,得到一些相关数据,从而得到最优的耐久性参数。
The paper introduces a durability testing system of the auto-switches, which is based on the virtual instrument technology. The core of the system is software and its hardware architecture is all- purpose. According to actual demand, it adopts NI CompactRIO, a reconfigurable control and acquisition system, with the necessary I/0 boards, signal conditioning circuits, mechanical drivers and other hardware, which together compose the distributed embedded real-time system for the durability testing of auto-switch. After processing the experiment-temperatures, step-loop voltages and currents from testing, we get a series related data, which can provide the best durability parameters.
