摘要
为了使油茶的生产、管理、产品和服务实现规范化、科学化和标准化,从而使经济效益、社会效益和生态效益最大化,笔者深入分析了中国油茶产业发展现状,详细阐述了油茶标准化的重要意义,全面总结了油茶标准化体系建设现状和存在的主要问题,提出需要不断完善油茶标准化技术体系,充分发挥油茶标准化示范区的示范和带动作用,建立政府推动、市场拉动、企业带动、农民主动的油茶标准化实施运行机制,深度参与国际标准制定,不断提升油茶标准化水平和国际影响力。
In order to make the production,management,products and services of oil-tea realize normalized,scientific and standardized,and make economic,social and ecological benefits reach the maximum,analysis of the development of the oil-tea industry in China,a detailed description of significance of oil-tea standardization were given in the paper.Some effective countermeasures were proposed based on the present situation of the development and existing problems of the construction of standardization system of oil-tea.Improving the oil-tea standardization technology system,giving full play to the role of demonstration and driving of the standardized demonstration area were needed in oil-tea standardization.It was also needed to establish a kind of operational mechanism of standardization which was controlled by government pushing,market pulling,enterprises driving and peasants participating,and participate in international standards formulation to a high degree,so as to improve standardization level of oil-tea and international influence constantly.
