Research on Henan Spirit

《国务院关于支持河南省加快建设中原经济区的指导意见》的出台,标志着中原经济区建设上升为国家战略。中原地区是中华民族和中华文明的重要发祥地。河南精神研究一是建设中原经济区的需要,二是树立河南发展新形象的需要。忠义、朴实、厚重和上善是河南精神的浓缩。

The State Council has issued a guideline on supporting central Henan Province to be built into a Central Plains Econom ic Zone, which indicates the construction of the central plains economic zone has risen to the national strategy. The central plains re gion is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization, and Henan spirit research is the need of construction of the economic zone and the building up of Henan＇s new development image. Loyalty, plainness, solidness and the highest good are the concentration of Henan spirit.
