人重组生长激素对大鼠肠道缺血/再灌注损伤后肠源性细菌/内毒素移位的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察人重组生长激素 (rhGH)对肠道缺血再灌注 (IIR)损伤后肠源性细菌 /内毒素移位的影响。方法 检测门、腔静脉血浆内毒素水平 (鲎试剂定量法 ) ;血浆TNFα水平 (放免法 )和肠系膜淋巴结、肝、肺、肾等肠道外器官组织细菌培养 ,动态观察rhGH对IIR后肠道细菌 /内毒素移位情况。结果 早期应用rhGH ,无论是IIR后 3h用药组还是 12h用药组 ,均可明显降低IIR后血浆内毒素和TNFα水平 ;显著减少IIR后肠系膜淋巴结、肺、肝、肾等肠道外组织器官中的移位细菌量。结论 早期应用rhGH可有效地降低肠源性细菌 /内毒素移位 ,减轻促炎介质的释放 。 Objective To observe the effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on enterogenous bacteria endotoxin translocation (EBET) after intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury (IIR) in rats. Methods Plasma level of endotoxin and TNFα in the portal and caval veins were measured with limulus amebocyte lysate test and radioimmunoassay respectively in the rats with IIR. The homogenate of the mesenteric lymph nodes, lungs, liver and kidneys were cultured to detect the existence of translocated bacteria. The data mentioned above were compared before and after the administration of rhGH. Results The administration of rhGH in the 3rd and 12th hour after IIR significantly decreased the plasma level of endotoxin and TNFα and the amount of the translocated bacteria in the mesenteric lymph nodes, lungs, liver and kidneys of the rats. Conclusion The administration of rhGH in the 3rd and 12th hour after IIR injury significantly decreased enterogenous bacteria endotoxin translocation after IIR injury in rats and consequently protected various internal organs from being damaged.
