基于全生命周期的企业综合计划管理绩效评价研究

On Performance Evaluation of Comprehensive Plan Management Based on Full Life Cycle

运用全生命周期评价理论分析了企业综合计划管理的目标、阶段和范围,建立了企业综合管理绩效评价指标体系和综合评价模型。通过实证检验证明,基于全生命周期的企业综合计划管理绩效评价方法可以实现更加全面系统地对综合计划进行全过程跟踪管理,且能够有效提升企业综合计划管理水平。

That the development of resources, environment and economic society is coordinated or not determines the sustainable development in some area, reflects the integral development level of some area. Infulence factors on three subsystems, namely re sources, environment and economics are obtained by means of factor analysis and a developmental level about each system by contribu- tion rate of each infulence factoris worked out, and then the whole developmental level of Henan province is obtained. By means of comparative analysis, the actual problem from 2000 to 2011in the development of resources, environment and economic society in Henan province is summed up by the diagram method.
