Analysis of China′s Low-carbon Technology Innovation way

发展低碳经济已成为全球的共识,低碳技术是低碳经济发展的支撑。针对我国低碳技术的发展现状及创新困境,提出转化创新主体、完善相关政策、培养技术人才和重点技术再创新等实施路径。

Developing low-carbon economy has become a global consensus. The low-carbon technology is the key to the develop- ment of low-carbon economy. This paper tries to analyze the status of the development of low-carbon technologies and the difficulties in the innovation of low-carbon technologies in China. Several innovation ways arc proposed, such as transforming the main innovation, improving relevant policies, training technical personnel, and focusing on technology innovation and so on.
