摘要 辅导员队伍是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,对培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人意义重大,也是衡量一所高校人才培养质量和办学水平的重要考评指标。提升辅导员素质与完善管理机制,要加强辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化和专家化,使辅导员成为学生的人生导师、心理咨询师、职业规划师,努力提高辅导员政治理论素质,同时高校要结合实际出台辅导员管理和考评机制等文件以加强辅导员队伍的建设。 University instructor team is the backbone to perform ideological and political education in the universities, which is of great significance for the cultivation of qualified socialist builders and reliable successors. It is also an important evaluation index to measure the personnel training quality and management level of the universities. This paper explores ways to enhance the instructor team quality and perfect the management mechanism, and points out that we should strengthen the professionalization and specialization of the instructor team, turn them into experts to become the guider, counselor, and professional planners of the students. In this case, great efforts shall be made to improve their quality of political theory. At the same time, colleges and universities should promote the team building in combination with the publishing of documents on the management and evaluation mechanism of the political instructor team.
