单耗分析理论在钢铁企业的应用

摘要 单耗分析理论是基于热力学第二定律分析方法的分析理论,可以通过应用各环节的火用效率计算出某生产过程的理论最低单耗和实际单耗。通过某钢铁企业生产过程实际技术参数,应用单耗分析理论计算出各生产工序对吨钢实际单耗的影响,可以反应出钢铁生产过程中的用能薄弱环节,为研究节能降耗提供理论依据。计算得出:钢铁生产的理论最低单耗为216kgce/t;某企业的吨钢实际单耗为682kgce/t,附加单耗占实际单耗的68.33%。 The specific energy consumption analysis is based on the second law of thermodynamics,which shows the theoretical minimum and actual specific energy consumption of a process.According to the specific energy consumption analysis and statistics of one steel plant,the relationship between every sub-system and actual specific energy consumption was discussed.And the low energy efficiency sub-system was represented to benefit for energy conservation.The results show that the theoretical minimum is 216 kgce/t and the actual specific energy consumption is 682kgce/t,and the additional specific energy consumption accounts for 68.33%.
