摘要
针对直立炉炼焦备煤系统后续炭化工艺需求,提出了一套通用自动备煤最优控制策略,根据最优策略可在PLC或DCS等不同的自动化平台上编制相应控制程序,并于2009年在内蒙古煤电集团60万t/a直立炉上应用至今。
Aiming at the vertical furnace coking coal preparation system for subsequent carbonization process demand,put forward a set of general purpose automatic coal preparation and optimal control strategy,based on the optimal strategy in PLC or DCS different automation platform to the corresponding control procedures,and it was used in 2009 in Inner Mongolia coal group 60×104 t/a vertical furnace.
