摘要
研究了双掺矿物掺合料条件下的减水剂产量、纤维掺量对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的坍落度的影响,同时测量了减水剂和水与纤维的接触角.研究结果表明,在纤维掺量相同条件下,坍落度随着减水剂掺量的提高而增加;减水剂掺量不同,对坍落度的影响程度也不同;减水剂与纤维的接触角影响减水剂的利用率.研究结果为聚丙烯纤维混凝土配合比设计提供了新的思路和理论依据.
Effects of different amount of water reducing agent and fiber on collapsed slump of polypropylene (PP) fiber by means of Double-mixture Technology were studied. At the same time, the contact angle between water reducing agent and fiber was measured in the experiment. The results showed that under the same amount of fiber, the collapsed slump was improved with the amount of water re- ducing agent while the influence degree was different. The contact angle between water reducing agent and fiber affected the utilization of water reducing agent. The new ways and theoretical principle for mix proportion design of PP fiber reinforced concrete were provided by the indoor experimental study.
