摘要
文章分析了梅山水库流域特大暴雨洪水的天气成因、暴雨特征、洪水发展过程及洪水特性,提出了科学调度水库的规定。
This paper analyzes the cause of strom flood in Meishan reservoir basin from the following aspects： weather, characteristics of rainstorm, flood process, and puts forward scientific operation of reservoir is necessary.
