摘要
首先介绍了无线局域网中802.11a标准所采用的OFDM调制技术和Turbo码编译码技术的相关知识,进而构建出无线局域网中的Turbo-Coded-OFDM系统的模型。为了提高无线局域网中的Turbo译码质量,考虑到基于OFDM的无线通信系统的特点,文中着手研究频域上相邻子载波信道特性之间的相关性,并推导出了相关公式,在此基础上,给出了一种新的Turbo译码算法。利用MATLAB语言,通过计算机进行译码仿真,结果表明,考虑相关性条件后,Turbo码的译码效率更高,更适合流水线处理,有利于无线局域网的性能改善。
First,introduce the knowledge of OFDM modulation and Turbo encoding/decoding technology used by IEEES02.11 a standard in WLAN system. Then,build a WLAN Turbo-Coded-OFDM system model. It focuses on the improving of the Turbo-decoding. Taking the characteristics of OFDM system into consideration, carry out research on the response correlation between adjacent sub-carders in fre quency domain. Based on the newly-derived formulas ,propose a new algorithm for Turbo decoding. Through the MATLAB simulation, the results show that the correlation-based Turbo decoding is more efficient and more adaptable than the traditional method and it can im- prove the performance of the Turbo-Coded-OFDM-WLAN system.
