摘要 用共沉淀方法制备了粒径均一、结构规整、易分散的甘氨酸根插层的纳米MgAl-LDHs;其化学组成、结构和性能分别用元素分析、XRD、SEM、TGA等手段进行了表征,研究了Mg2+/Al3+比、反应温度及反应溶液的pH值对制备LDHs的影响。结果表明:Mg2+/Al3+比影响甘氨酸插入MgAl-LDHs结构,温度、pH以及金属离子与甘氨酸的投料比对最终的MgAl-LDHs纳米结晶结构有重要影响。 The glycine intercalated layered double hydroxide (MgAl-Gly-LDH) crystals were prepared by coprecipitation. They have layered structure with different d-spacing and uniform particle size in nanometer. The LDHs crystals were characterized by XRD, SEM, ICP, TGA and element analysis. The effects of the feeding mole ratio of Mg and Al, the pH value and temperature of reaction solution on the structure of LDHs crystal were investigated. It shows that the feeding mole ratio of Mg and Al has effect on insetting Gly into the MgAl-LDHs, and temperature, pH and the ratio of [Mg+ A1]/Gly significantly affect the final crystal structure of nano MgAl-LDHs.
