摘要
目的 测定模型动物饲料中K、Na、Ca的含量。材料和方法 用微波消化法对饲料进行处理,以Hitachi Z-8230原子吸收分光光度计测定各元素含量。结果 饲料中各元素含量分别为:K(11.99±1.0)、Na(0.46±0.03)、Ca(7.44±0.03)mg/g。结论 此测定方法结果稳定,效果满意。
Objective To determine the contents of K, Na and Ca in the forage for model animal. Materials and Method The contents were determined by using MILESTONE 1200 MEGA and HITACHI Z-8230 FAAS. Results The contents of K, Na and Ca were11.99±1.0, 0.46±0.03 and 7.44±0.03 mg/g forage. Conclusion The method is stable and the repeatability is good.
