摘要
为了进一步提高分层测试器的测试精度,研制了φ32 mm双皮球集流式测试器,并介绍了双皮球集流式测试器的结构原理;进行了单皮球膨胀和密封性验证试验,以及双皮球集流原理性探讨试验和双皮球集流式测试器室内工作过程性能试验;在理论上探讨了单皮球膨胀特性和双皮球集流式测试器中泵与双皮球互作用工作过程。试验及理论分析结果表明,双皮球集流式测试器封隔原理可行,密封效果优良。同时,提出了进一步改进双皮球集流式测试器工作效率的措施。
To make a further improvement of the precision of separate layer tester, the Ф32 mm double rubber ball flow-collecting tester was developed. The structural principle of the tester was introduced. The verification test of single ball expansion and sealability was carried out as well as the exploration test of double ball collecting principle and the laboratory operating performance test of the double ball collecting tester. Theoretically the expansion proper- ty of single ball and the interactive operating process between pump and double ball in the tester were dis- cussed. The test and theoretical analysis show that the isolating principle of the tester is feasible and the sealing effect is highly desirable. Meanwhile, the measures to improve the operating efficiency of the tester are proposed.
