摘要
分析1 374例手术大肠癌，发现大肠原发恶性淋巴瘤7例，发病率0.15%。结合文献对本病临床特点及诊疗方法进行了分析。认为手术结合术后一期化疗或放疗是治疗本病的一般方法。对肠镜或钡灌肠发现的大肠占位性病变，而又不能取得病理结果的病例，应积极行剖腹查。
