摘要
目的 :探导放疗预防再狭窄 (RS)最佳照射剂量 ,为临床血管成形术后特别是冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)后行冠脉内放疗防治RS的可行性及最佳照射剂量提供理论依据。方法 :培养的动脉平滑肌细胞分别接受 7.0、1 4Gyγ射线照射 ,用3H TdR掺入实验检测3H TdR摄入量 ,同时观察细胞形态变化。结果 :1 4Gyγ射线使平滑肌细胞的3H TdR摄入量明显减少 (P <0 .0 1 )。细胞出现空泡样变 ,部分细胞死亡。结论 :1 4Gy6
Objective To examine the effect of γ irradiation on the PTCA. Methods The cultured smoth muscle cells (SMC) were radiated by 7.0, 14Gy 60 Co γ irradiation, proliferation degree was measured with [ 3 H] thymidine incorporation method and morphological changes were also observed.Results The intake of 3 H TdR after 14Gy 60 Co γ irradiation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), vacuolar degenerated and dead cells were observed in 14Gy 60 Co γ irradiation group.Conclusion The prolifaration of vascular SMC can be obviously inhibited by 14Gy 60 Coγ irradiation .
