分析了企业人力资源风险的类型及成因,阐述了模糊综合评价的概念及方法,提出了降低企业人力资源风险的对策。
The paper analyzes the types of human resource risks in enterprise and their causes, introduces the concept and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and indicates the countermeasures for reducing the human resource risks in enterprise.
