摘要
根据现阶段纺织行业的情况,文章主要对S400型剑杆织机卷取机构进行设计。根据纬密的变换范围、卷取速度以及传动比等量对卷取机构的变换齿轮、摆臂等进行了重新的设计和改进。
According to the development of nowadays textile field, take-up mechanism of S400 Rapier loom is improved and analyzed in this paper. Based on the changeable range of the latitude dense, rolling speed and transmission ratio, the changing positional gear and rocking arm of the rolling framework is redesign and developed.
