大鼠皮瓣血液循环的磁共振波谱学初步研究

摘要 目的 :观察皮瓣的能量代谢。方法 :利用磁共振波谱 (MRS)技术分别对大鼠皮瓣在正常灌注、动脉阻流、静脉阻流、失活等条件下ATP、PCr、Pi峰形的变化进行分析。结果 :正常时 ,Pi低于ATP的γ及α峰。皮瓣缺血时 ,ATP与PCr明显降低 ,而Pi则明显增高 ,并显示酸中毒及组织缺血。结论 :MRS是研究皮瓣能量代谢的有效实验方法。 Objective To study the energy metabolism of skin flap.Methods Use the magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) to evaluate the values of ATP,PCr and Pi evaluation in mormal flap,hypoperfused flap with vessel occlusion and dead flap.Results In the well perfused flap,the Pi peak is lower than the gamma and alpha ATP peaks.In vessel ligated flap,the ATPand PCr peaks are significantly depressed and Pi is significantly elevated.There is an indication of acidosis and tissue ischemia.Conclusion MRS is a valuable tool in the laboratory investigation of flap energy metabolism.
