大众化背景下高等教育公平问题及其消解策略

On Justice Problem of Higher Education in Popularization Background and the Coping Strategies

中国的大众化高等教育在发展进程中取得了巨大成就,但在辉煌成就的背后也隐藏了潜在的风险,从教育公平的视角来看,主要体现在:高等教育入学机会的不公平、高等教育资源配置的不公平以及高等学校就业机会的不公平。消解策略包括:完善资助制度,实行弱势补偿;加大对教育资源的投资力度,合理分配教育资源;完善就业政策机制,营造良好社会氛围。

China＇s popularization of higher education,in the process of development,has made great achievements,but in the brilliant success there are also hidden potential risks,mainly embodied in：the entrance opportunity of higher education ineq- uities,the allocation of higher education resources unfair and higher school employment opportunity inequity.The coping stra- tegies are as follows：to improve the subsidy system,and execute the inferior compensation; to increase investment in education resources,reasonable allocation of educational resources;to perfect policies and employment mechanism,so as to create a good social atmosphere.
