摘要
年轻的"80"后教师由于自身和环境因素提前感受到了"高原期"的困扰。本文旨在从学校、社会等外部支持角度,为"80后"教师寻求突破"高原期"的策略,帮助他们跨过这个坎。
Young teachers born in the 1980s have been confused by the plateau period in advance caused by themselves and external environment.This article is aimed to stand in an external angle including schools and society,to seek some strategies for these teachers to stride across the plateau period.
