全球化背景下借力台湾技职教育发展我省高职师资的思考

Reflections on the Development of Guangdong Higher Vocational Teaching Staff with the Help of Taiwan Technical Education in the Background of Globalization

经济的发展对劳动者的素质和技术技能水平提出了更高的要求,但现行高职教育培养出来的学生远远不能满足社会经济发展的要求。台湾技职教育办学定位明确、师资优质合理、注重实践能力培养,对于解决我省高职教育目前存在的问题具有重要的借鉴意义。

The economic development has put forward higher requirements for the worker＇s quality and technical level,but the current higher vocational students cannot meet the requirement of social economic development.Taiwan vocational education possesses a clear running orientation and reasonable teachers＇ quality,pays attention to the practice ability training,so it has important significance in solving the current problems in higher vocational education in our province.
