为更好地服务社会,也会更好地适应社会发展,一些地方高校相继提出了"211"应用型人才培养模式与培养目标,但当前教学管理中还有诸多与之不相适应之处。为更好地实现应用型人才的培养目标,地方高校在教学管理中应有所创新:创新教学观念,创新教学行政管理,创新教学管理队伍等等。

In order to better serve the community,and better adapt to the social development,some local colleges and universities have put forward 211 application oriented personnel training mode and training target,but there are still much to do in the current teaching management.In order to better realize the training target of applied talents,local colleges and universities,in the management of teaching,should have innovations：creative teaching ideas,teaching administration,the innovation of teaching management team and so on.
