提高贫困大学生自信心和自立能力的工作研究——以化学工程学院为例

A Study on the Work of Improving Poverty-Stricken College Students' Self-confidence and Independent Ability:Taking College of Chemical Engineering for an Example

当大学新生告别了中学生活,怀揣着无限憧憬跨进大学时,他们对大学充满了期待和新奇。然而,当他们面对现实的大学生活时,却产生了诸多困惑,尤其是那些家庭经济困难学生。面对大学生活的纷纷扰扰:曾经深感美好的校园让他们迷茫;远离父母的陌生环境让他们感到孤独;不再单纯的人际关系让他们无助等等,这些困扰让他们迷失自我、停滞不前。本文以调查问卷的数据为基础,从提高自信和学会自立两方面阐述如何帮助学生重拾自信心,培养自立独立能力。

When university freshmen bid farewell to high school life,and enter university with longing,the university is full of expectations and novelty.However,when they face the reality of university life,a lot of confusion comes,especially for those students with economic difficulties.Based on the questionnaire data foundation,this paper expounds how to help students to regain confidence,cultivate self-reliance and independence from the two aspects：improving self-confidence and learning to be independent.
