我国法学教育改革思考

Reflections on China's Law Education Reform

改革开放以来,我国法学教育得以恢复重建、持续发展并日趋繁荣,逐步形成教学规模庞大、结构相对合理的法学教育体系。但是,这一体系在满足我国法律职业基本的数量需求之后,面临如何确保教育质量进而提高法律人才素养的严峻问题。显然,中国法学教育的定位需作重新思考,并进一步调整和完善相应的教育模式、教育机构、教育层次和教育方式。

Since the reform and opening up,China＇s legal education is able to be restored,and maintain sustainable and flourish development with each passing day,and it gradually forms a legal education system with large scale,and relatively reasonable structure.However,after meeting the basic quantity demand of China＇s law occupation,how to ensure the quality of education is faced with severe problem and legal personnel quality.Obviously,China＇s law education should be reconsidered,and further adjust and perfect the corresponding educational pattern,educational institutions,education level and education mode.
