培养一个未来合格的幼儿教师,应遵循学生的认知规律,利用学生的特长,在数学课教学时间内,充分合理地安排、指导学生进行读、听、讲等的训练,提高学生自主学习的能力,增强学习的兴趣。
In order to be developed to a qualified early childhood teacher,one should follow the students' cognitive law,use the students' strengths;make adequate and reasonable arrangements,guide the training of "reading" "listening" and "speaking",improve the independent learning ability and enhance the interest in learning within mathematics teaching time.
