现代社会的职业竞争是十分激烈的,在这样的环境下,大学生的职业规划指导渐渐地加大了力度。高职学生的就业情况不同于本科生和研究生,面临很大的问题,在对高效就业情况的调查后,对于大学生职业生涯规划的现状和对策有了几点总结。

Occupation competition in modern society is very intense,in such circumstances,college students＇ occupation planning gradually increased.The employment of higher vocational students is different from the undergraduate and postgraduate student,and it faces a lot of problems.After the efficient employment survey,this paper summarizes the status and countermeasure for college students＇ occupation career planning.
