摘要
子宫内膜异位症(内 异症)是激素依赖性及免疫性疾病。许多细胞因子在内膜种植和发展中起重要作用,免疫功能的改变及紊乱参与内异症的发生和发展。腹腔镜是诊断的金标准。CA125及抗子宫内膜抗体两者同时异常可诊断内异症。目前药物治疗首选GnRHa,能达到“药物性卵巢切除”效果,反向添加治疗可减少Gn-RHa的副作用。
Endometriosis is believed as a hormonal -dependent and immune disease. Many cytokines do important effects in en-dometriotic implant and disease progress. The change and/or turbulence of immune function
are is also concerned with the occurrence and development of endometriosis. Laparoscopy is a goid Standard of the diagnosis. Abnormity of CA125 and antiendometrial antibody may be used for diagnosing endometriosis. Now in medical treatment the first choice is GnRHa. GnRHa can get the effect of ' oophorotomy vvith drug -it means the drug Ieads to a hypog-onadism and a state of hypoestrogenemia', The side effect of GnRHa may be decreased by add -back therapy.
