摘要
基于高职教育、广西地方社会经济发展、用人单位和在校高职生对高职外语的需求分析,建议以职业英语教学为核心,推行职业英语资格考试,辅以不同水平层次和内容的多种英语选修课程和其它东盟国家语种选修课程的广西特色高职公共外语教学模式。
After analyzed the demand of foreign languages of the vocational education and Guangxi＇s social and economic development by employing units and students of higher vocational colleges （HVCs） of Guagnxi, the paper presents a foreign language teaching model for HVCs＇ characterized by EOP with vari- eties of selective courses of English and the languages of the ASEAN countries.
