摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,青年教师作为高校可持续发展的生力军和主力军,其教学质量影响到高校的教育教学质量。本文通过分析少数民族地区医学院青年教师的特点,通过从学校和个人两方面着手,探讨提高少数民族地区青年教师教学能力的对策。
With China's rapid development of higher education,young teachers as the force and the main army the sustainable development of colleges,their teaching quality affects university teaching quality.This paper,through analyzing the characteristics of young teachers in medical colleges of minority nationality regions,studies the countermeasure of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in minority nationality regions through the aspects of the school and the individual.
