“课堂关注中心”的生成与消解

摘要 "关注中心"是课堂教学行为研究被忽略的方面。"关注中心"的形成有违教育的公平原则。"关注中心"的负面效应包括:对教学反馈的误判、学生学习积极性的挫伤、师生关系的恶化、学生世界观的异变、对优等生的发展的妨害。要消解"关注中心"负面效应教师必须做到:加强职业道德修养、更新教育教学理念、注重教学方法和策略、建立平等学习机制。 Attention center is a neglected aspect in the study of classroom teaching behavior and its formation is against the principles of education fairness.The negative effects attention center include:the misunderstanding of teaching feedback;the frustration of students' learning enthusiasm;the deterioration of the relationship between teachers and students;the variation of students' view of the world;the negative impact on the development of the top students.To eliminate the negative effect of attention center,teachers must strengthen professional accomplishment,update education and teaching concept,pay attention to teaching methods and strategies,and establish an equal learning mechanism.
