As an effective way of college English teaching,classic movie teaching integrates all of the basic English skills of listening,speaking,reading and writing,which caters for the current education trend of cultivating high-quality and comprehensive college students.This thesis analyzes the significance and necessity of applying movie teaching in college English listening course,and tries to find out the concrete methods and modes on the basis of teaching practice.
