关于中学英语后进生的教学探究

新课改之后,后进学生的转化是教师首先要解决的关键问题,也是我们贯彻落实"让所有的学生都能成才"的教学理念的主要措施。本文从英语教学的实际出发,提出了后进生的转化工作应注意的几个问题。只有做好后进生的转化工作,才能使英语教学成绩获得真正的全面提高。

After the new curriculum reform,the transformation of backward students has become the key problem for teachers to solve,and it is also the main measure for us to implement the teaching philosophy of ＂making all students talents＂.Starting from the actual situation of English teaching,this paper puts forward several problems that should be noticed in the transformation of backward students.Only to do well the work of backward students transformation can we make English teaching achieve true comprehensive improvement.
