小切口联合椎体撑开器植骨治疗SchatkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折

Small incision combined with vertebral spreader bone graft in the treatment of type Schatker fractures of tibial plateau

目的:评价椎体撑开器撬拨加自体骨植骨联合克氏针复位固定治疗SchatkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:2008年5月～2011年5月选择性应用椎体撑开器撬拨加自体骨植骨联合克氏针复位固定治疗SchatkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折13例。结果:术后均获得预期疗效,无感染及骨髓炎,骨折痊愈无骨折塌陷或移位,优良率92%。结论:椎体撑开器撬拨加自体骨植骨联合克氏针复位固定治疗SchatkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折是值得推广和应用的微创手术方法。

objective evaluation of vertebral spreader poking plus autogenous bone combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of type Schatker Ⅱfracture of tibial plateau with.Methods from 2008May to 2011May selective application of vertebral spreader poking plus autogenous bone combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of Schatker Ⅱ13 cases of fracture of tibial plateau.Postoperative results were obtained in the expected effect,no infection and osteomyelitis,the fractures healed without fracture collapse or shift,the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion vertebral spreader poking plus autogenous bone combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of type Schatker fractures of the tibial plateau is worthy of popularization and application of minimally invasive operation method.
