摘要
本文分析了爱因斯坦的成功,对比我校学生目前的现状,得到一些启示:教师在对学生的各学段教育教学中要有为学生可持续发展负责任的态度,放眼长远。在实际的教育教学中不能只关注学生的学习成绩,还应该关注学生的各个方面,使学生能得到全面和谐的发展。
After a contrast between the success of Einstein and the present situation of our students,this paper gets some inspiration:teachers should have the attitude of being responsible for students' sustainable development and have a long-term perspective.Teachers should not only concern about the academic performance of students in the actual education,but also concern about various aspects of students,so that students can get overall and harmonious development.
