浅谈高职学生创业教育

A Brief Discussion on Entrepreneurship Education of Higher Vocational Students

在校期间培养学生的创业能力,既符合经济发展的趋势,"以创业带就业,以就业促发展"也渐渐成为高职教育的选择之一,但是由于大学生创业观念、系统的理论知识与实践经验匮乏,又缺乏成功创业者所具备的素质等因素,我认为可以从良好的创业氛围、培养学生具备成功创业者的素质、师资队伍建设等几个方面提升大学生的创业能力。

To cultivate students＇ entrepreneurship ability at school confirms to the trend of economic development,and it has also become a choice to promote the interrelationship among entrepreneurship,employment and development,but college students lack of entrepreneurship consciousness,systematic knowledge,practice experience and the qualities an entrepreneur needs.The writer holds that we can improve college students＇ entrepreneurship ability from the following aspects： to establish a good entrepreneurship atmosphere,to cultivate students＇ entrepreneurship quality,and to construct teaching staff.
