边防院校军事训练安全工作存在问题与对策

Problems in Security work for Military Training of Frontier Defense Colleges and the Countermeasure

新形势新任务下,受重视程度、能力素质、安全设施和畏难情绪等诸多因素影响,公安边防部队院校军事训练安全工作存在着许多问题,形势仍然不容乐观。抓好军事训练安全工作,必须坚持以提高战斗力为根本标准,以培养合格边防警官为第一需要,从增强各级思想认识、加强培训提高能力、主动作为争取支持、科学组织规范施训、完善制度加强预防等全方位入手,落实各项措施,确保取得实效。

In the new situation,due to various reasons,the security work for military training of frontier defense colleges is nor optimistic.In order to better carry out the security work of military training,we should insist on the basic standard,that is,the improvement of fighting efficiency,and the cultivation of qualified frontier police.To achieve the standard and good effect,we should enhance ideological awareness of all institutes,strengthen the cultivation of ability,actively strive for support,scientifically organize standardized training and perfect systems.
