大学生职业年龄刻板印象

Occupational Age Stereotypes of College Students

本研究采用自编问卷的形式对苏州大学120名被试的职业年龄刻板印象进行研究。结果表明:(1)大学生存在外显职业年龄刻板印象,倾向于认为年轻人更适合从事导游等年轻职业,而年长者更适合从事法官等年长职业;(2)大学生外显职业年龄刻板印象存在显著的性别差异。与男性相比,女性被试的职业年龄刻板印象更高。

This research used an explicit occupational age stereotypes questionnaire,120 undergraduate students of Soochow University were investigated in this study.The results showed：（1） College students had explicit occupational age stereotypes,participants considered young people were suitable for youthful occupations while old people were suitable for elder occupations;（2） There is significant difference between male and female in occupational age stereotypes.
