武汉市外来务工人员生存现状的调研及分析

Survey and Analysis of Migrant Workers' Living Situations in Wuhan City

随着城市化的快速推进,越来越多的外来务工人员涌入城市,也为武汉市经济建设做出了积极的贡献。但政府以及企业单位在关注外来务工人员生存现状方面还存在许多不足。社会应坚持以人为本的理念,完善社会保障制度,落实单位用人制度,切实维护好外来务工人员的合法权益。

With the rapid development of urbanization,more and more migrant workers come to cities to make a living,and they have made active contribution to economic development of Wuhan City.But the government and other institutions pay less attention on migrant workers＇ living situations.The society should insist on people-oriented concept,perfect social security system,implement employment system,so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
