摘要
针对漳山电厂3#、4#炉直吹式制粉系统热风调节阀一次风量闭环调节中存在的问题,分析了控制方案中存在的缺陷,并针对性地提出了开环调节的优化方案。通过对一段时期内运行数据的提炼,找到了冷热风门综合开度与一次风量的对应关系,并增加实际微分环节,以使加煤时风量超前作用,保证了开环调节方案的投用效果,使得一次风风量控制自动更合理,负荷响应速度更快。
According to the problem of direct-fired pulverized system primary air flow close-loop automatic control system in ZhangShan Power Station NO.3 and 4 boiler, optimization of open-loop automatic control is introduced. Though summing up his- torical data for periods, the relation of integrated valve position and primary air flow for cool valve and hot valve is formed. Adding actual differentiator for primary air flow ahead while adding coal powder, it is ensured that open-loop automatic control system put into practice, and let the pa control loop more reasonable,let the responseability of load faster.
