摘要
目前中国CFB锅炉在运行中尚存在很多问题。由于来煤的粒度分布较难控制,粒度过大或过小都会影响锅炉的运行。在粗碎机和细碎机之间设置一级细粒弛张筛能够减少细碎机的处理量、磨损程度,提高破碎效率,避免造成来煤的"过破碎",提高锅炉效率。
there are still a lot of problems in the operation of CFB boiler in China today. As the coal particle size distribution is difficult to control, the outsize or undersize particle will affect the boiler running. Handling capacity and degree of wear of fine crusher can be reduced by setting a fine-grained flip-screen between primary crusher and fine crusher, so that we can improve crushing efficiency, avoid the excessive crush of coal, and improve boiler efficiency.
