This paper explores the cultivation of teachers＇ accomplishment in college ideological and political course from a systematic and comprehensive perspective,and holds that the analysis should start from its cultivation structure.Based on harmony perspective,this paper explores the formation and basic styles of the cultivation structure of teachers＇ accomplishment in ideological and political theory course,aiming to realize a harmonious condition in the cultivation of ideological and political theory course teachers＇ accomplishment.
