提高合训学员先进制造技术课程教学质量的思考

The Thinking about How to Improve Teaching Quality of AMT Course in the Integrated Training

本文首先对先进制造技术自身特点、授课对象、与军事工作联系进行了分析。在分析的基础上,提出教员应该从培养学员的工程思维;教学内容与武器装备结合;扩大学员知识面;培养学员追踪科技发展、自主学习、独立思考的能力等几个方面着手,以提高教学质量。

The characteristics and audience of the course of advanced manufacturing technology（AMT） as well as its relationship with military affairs are analyzed.Then some key points are put forward to improve the teaching quality,such as cultivating the students＇ ability in engineering thinking;expanding the students knowledge;cultivating the students＇ ability of tracking technology development,studying independently and thinking independently,combination of teaching content and weaponry,etc.
