高职院校礼仪教育推广途径研究

礼仪教育越来越受到社会的广泛关注与重视,但却一直未被正式纳入高职院校素质教育的范畴。这一情况导致高职学生礼仪教育的缺失。文章立足于礼仪教育的现实意义和价值分析,认为高职院校应通过以下途径推广礼仪素质教育:一要提高对礼仪教育的思想认识水平,二要把礼仪教育系统化地体现在人才培养方案中,三要寓礼仪教育于校园文化活动中,四要充分发挥教师在礼仪教育上的示范作用。只有切实推广普及礼仪教育,才能提高高职学生的礼仪素质修养,为学生将来的全面发展奠定基础。
