摘要
文章通过对高职生心理状况的调查,以及对高职生心理现状的分析,阐述了加强高职生心理健康教育的必要性和阅读疗法应用于心理健康教育的可行性;通过实证数据说明阅读疗法对心理健康的积极影响,从提供书目、指导阅读到交互式活动,具体介绍了阅读疗法在高职生心理健康教育中的应用并总结分析了取得的成果。
The essay elaborates the necessity of strengthening psychological health education for higher vocational college students(HVC students) and the feasibility of applying reading therapy to psychological health education.Empirical data that provided in the essay illustrate positive impacts of reading therapy to psychological health.Moreover,the essay introduces particularly the application of reading therapy to psychological health education of HVC students from flowing three aspects:providing reading list,guiding students' reading and interaction.The achievements are also summarized and analyzed in the essay.
